INFORMED THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE (PIC) OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. THE PIC STATED THAT A TARP WAS PLACED ON THE CEILING TO CATCH A LEAKING AIR CONDITIONING LINE. THE PIC FURTHER EXPLAINED THAT MAINTENANCE WORK WAS COMPLETED THE SAME DAY.
DURING THE INSPECTION OF THE FACILITY, NO TARP OR PLASTIC COVERINGS WERE OBSERVED ON THE CEILING AND NO ISSUES RELATING TO ANY LEAKS WERE FOUND. |
